Absence Policy

Our policy states that an absence request MUST be submitted with at least one week's notice. Very rarely do spur of the moment trips arise. Girls camp, EFY's etc. are planned in advance... students must be responsible and follow our procedures to remain on the team. Each team member/parent received a copy of the Absence Request Form during the initial parent meeting.  If you were unable to attend this meeting or misplaced your copy, you can download a copy from the files section of our group Facebook page or the Forms page on our team website.

Fee Schedule

Please ensure that all fees are paid no later than the due date each month.  The monthly fees cover much-needed items for the teams (costumes, floors, equipment, materials for props, and so on).  If you have questions or concerns about the fees, please do not hesitate to contact JennyLynn via email at skyridgecolorguard@gmail.com
